Group Classes
AKC S.T.A.R Puppy Class
This class is for puppies eight weeks of age to one year of age. It is possible to have a dog older or younger included in this class. This class is $150 for eight weeks of thirty minute sessions once a week. At the end of this class all the puppies will get to go through the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test and possibly get a certificate for passing.
In this class we will go over:

potty training (cannot guarantee this)

physical exams (teeth, ears, feet, etc.)

reaction to distractions

sit, down (lured with food)

supervised separation
Basic Obedience
This class is for dogs of any age. They do not have to have gone through Puppy Kindergarten. This class is $120 for six weeks of thirty minute sessions once a week.

Advanced Obedience
This class is for dogs of any age. Dogs must have gone through Basic Obedience or prove that they know everything that is taught in Basic Obedience. This class is $150 for six weeks of thirty to forty-five minute sessions once a week.
In this class we will go over:

begin AKC level obedience if requested
Agility- Obstacles
This class is for dogs of any age. This class is $175 for eight weeks of thirty to forty five minute sessions once a week. (time may vary depending on the training capability of the group as a whole)

Agility- Groundwork
Groundwork is the foundation for Agility. This class is for anyone and any dog wishing to potentialy compete in Agility. It will cover different commands and drills necessary to excel in Agility. It is 9 weeks of 30-45 minute sessions once a week for $200.
This class is for dogs of any age. Dogs must show NO signs of being aggressive. The dogs must have gone through Basic Obedience or prove that they know everything included in Basic Obedience. This class is $60 for 4 weeks of 30 minute sessions once a week. (also offered in Private or In Home Lessons)
Therapy Classes
AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Classes
Dogs must have gone through Basic Obedience or prove they know everything that is taught in Basic Obedience. Dogs do not have to be registered with AKC to earn the CGC certificate. They do need to be AKC registered to earn the title AND certificate.This class is $60 for 4 weeks of 30 minute sessions once a week. At the end of the class there will be a pass/fail test to earn the title and/or certificate for CGC.
AKC Urban Canine (CGCU) Classes
To earn the CGCU title the dog must be registered or listed with the AKC (AKC number, PAL number, or AKC Canine Partners number) and already have Canine Good Citizen award/title on record. This class is $75 for 5 weeks of 30 minute sessions once a week. At the end of the class there will be a pass/fail test to earn this title.
AKC Community Canine (CGCA) Classes
To earn the CGCA title the dog must be registered or listed with the AKC (AKC number, PAL number, or AKC Canine Partners number) and already have a Canine Good Citizen award/title on record. This class is $90 for 6 weeks of 30 minute sessions once a week. At the end of the class there will be a pass/fail test to earn this title.
AKC Trick Dog Classes
There are 4 levels/titles of AKC Trick Dog: AKC Novice Trick Dog (TKN), AKC Intermediate Trick Dog (TKI), AKC Advanced Trick Dog (TKA), and AKC Trick Dog Performer (TKP). In a trick dog class, evaluator's may sign off on tricks as dog/handler teams learn them each week for Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each class will be $90 for 6 weeks of 30 minute sessions once a week. In Novice and Intermediate 2 new tricks will be started each week for the first 5 weeks. In Advanced a new trick will be started each week. The tricks will be picked at the very beginning of the class; everyone will agree on which ones to teach their dogs. The Performer level will NOT be done as a class; you must schedule a day to perform for the evaluator or sign up for a day already scheduled.
